Booking Process

• 25 % payment on conformation of the package. (May vary depending on your accommodation ) 

• 25 % payment Before One week of the Trip

• 25% payment After Starting the Trip

• 25% payment Before ending the trip

Inclusion

• Fuel

• Parking Fee

• Toll, Border Tax

• Driver allowance from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm

• Hotel Accommodation

• Meals as per plan

• All transfer and sightseeing by private AC Vehicle

• All Sightseeing Transfers as per the Itinerary

Exclusions

• Entrance Fees And Guide Charges

• Airfare or Train Tickets

• Driver Batta will be charged after 10Hrs/10pm to 6am

• Other Things not Mentioned in Includes

Air Conditions

• AC will Be provided  when the vehicle is moving and not when the vehicle is still which would cost additional charge.

• AC will not be provided in Ghat Sections, Uphill Roads, Down Hill Roads & Hill Stations.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation before 2 week of the trip, 10% of booking amount would be charged

• Cancellation before 1 week of the trip, 25 % of booking amount would be charged.

•  Cancellation before 3/4 Days of the Trip, 50% of booking amount would be charged.

• Cancellation of trip 1 day before the date of journey booking amount of 100% Non-Refundable.
